THE CLASH – LONDON CALLING. A CAT Club presentation.
November 24 @ 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm£10
ONE OF THE EVENTS FEATURED AT ‘THE PONTEFRACT INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF ALE.’
THE CLASH – LONDON CALLING.
It’s the first Pontefract International Festival of Ale this month (21st to 24th November). It’ll be taking place at the Tap & Barrel, The Hope and Anchor, The Old Grocers, The Blue Bell and The Robin Hood.
To celebrate such an illustrious occasion as this and the fact that The Clash’s magnum opus, London Calling is 40 years old in December we’ve teamed up with our good friends at Revolutions Brewery to present a unique Sunday tea time CAT Club gathering. Clash fan Mark Seaman from the brewery will be presenting the album with interviewer Jason Barnard from the aptly named rock podcast Strange Brew.
And the first beer ever brewed by Revolutions in 2010 and named after the band, Clash Porter, will be on sale.
Sounds good and tastes good!
